This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for the geometric accuracy and working accuracy of vertical stereoscopic milling machines. JB/T 7414.1—1999

This standard applies to T. Lifting tables (including rocker-arm copy milling machines) with a working table width of 200~500mm and T. General-purpose vertical copy milling machines with a working table width of 400~1000mm. 2 Referenced standards

Provisions for shape and position tolerance testing
GB17421.1—1998 General Rules for Machine Tool Inspection Part 1: Geometrical Accuracy of Machine Tools under No-Load or Finishing Conditions 3 General Requirements
3.1 Adjust the installation level of the machine tool in accordance with the provisions of 3.1 in GB/T17421.1—1998. 3.1.1 Vertical Lift Table Copy Milling Machine
Place the worktable in the middle of the stroke, place a level gauge in the center of the worktable, and the readings of the level gauge in the longitudinal and transverse directions shall not exceed 0.04/1000.
3.1.2 Vertical Lift Table Copy Milling Machine
a) When adjusting the installation level of a cross table milling machine, place the moving parts such as the worktable, slide and spindle box in the middle of the stroke. Place a level in the center of the workbench. The readings of the level in the vertical and horizontal directions shall not exceed 0.04/1000. b) When adjusting the installation level of the column-type and pillow-clearing mobile milling machines, place a round test rod (for V-type guide rails) and a bridge plate (for flat guide rails) on the bed rails, and place a flat ruler on the round test rod and the bridge plate perpendicular to the bed rails. Place a level on each of the round test rod and the bridge plate. Level a is parallel to the guide rails, and level b is perpendicular to the guide rails (see Figure 1). Adjust the guide rails to level. The readings of level a and b shall not exceed 0.04/1000.
3.2 During inspection, the actual inspection order can generally be arranged according to the requirements of assembly and disassembly inspection tools, inspection convenience, and thermal inspection items. 3.3 During the working accuracy inspection, the inspection of the test piece should be carried out after fine machining. 3.4 When the actual measured length is different from the measured length specified in this standard, the tolerance value shall be converted according to the measurable length in accordance with the provisions of 2.3.1.1 of GB/T17421.11998. When the conversion result is less than 0.005mm, it shall still be calculated as 0.005mm. 3.5 According to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer, the inspection items may be increased or decreased. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on May 20, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000
