3 Tensile requirements
3.1 Chemical composition

The results of the blade hair that needs to be tested for performance after heat treatment should meet the requirements of Table 2. At this time, the hardness value is not used as the basis for acceptance. 3.4 Appearance quality
3.4.1 The shape and size of the blade roughness shall meet the requirements of the blade roughness sample, and the curvature shall be 0.3%. 3.4.2 The surface of the blade roughness shall not have defects such as cracks, folds, knots and inclusions. If there are any defects, they must be completely removed, and the depth of removal shall not exceed 0.5mm from the nominal size. If there are individual pits, pits and other defects on the surface of the blade, the depth shall not exceed 0.5mm from the nominal size.
3.4.3 There shall be no rolling round heads at both ends of the profile, and the flash on both sides of the steam inlet and outlet edges is allowed to have a single-sided margin of 1/3.3.5 Process requirements
3.5.1 The blade roughness shall be charged separately according to each smelting furnace number and shall not be mixed. 3.5.2 The blade roughness can be calibrated after heat treatment. After cold correction, stress relief tempering is carried out. The temperature of heat correction and stress relief tempering should be 30℃ to 50℃ lower than the original tempering temperature.3.5.3 The scale of blade rough parts should be removed after heat treatment. 3. Blade rough parts with cracks after fine processing should be scrapped. 4 Test methods
4.1 Chemical analysis can adopt other methods that meet the accuracy requirements of GB223. In case of objection, arbitration analysis should be carried out according to GB223, and the analysis sampling method should be in accordance with GB222.
4.2 Hardness determination method should be in accordance with GB231. 4.3 Tensile test method should be in accordance with GB228. S Inspection rules
5. 1 Inspection and acceptance
Inspection and acceptance shall be carried out by the quality inspection department. 5. 2 Division of batches
Blade rough parts should be accepted in batches, and each batch consists of rough parts with the same smelting furnace number, the same heat treatment (tempering) furnace or the same continuous heat treatment furnace.
5.3 Chemical analysis
The chemical composition of blade hair is generally based on the re-test of raw materials, and can be sampled if necessary. 5. 4 Hardness
The hardness of blade hair is sampled by batch after heat treatment. The number of samples to be sampled shall not be less than 5K and not less than 5 pieces per batch. If the hardness is found to be inconsistent with the regulations, the hardness of the whole batch of hair shall be tested.
5.5 Strength and other properties
5.5.1 From each batch of blade hair, take the two pieces with the highest and lowest hardness values ​​for the preparation of specimens. 5.5.1 Cut a longitudinal tensile specimen from the selected blade hair ring. It is not allowed to cut the specimen by hot working method. 5.5.3 If the specimen has material or machining defects, the test result is invalid and the sample shall be re-tested. If it is determined that the material defect is white spot, the whole batch of blade hair shall be reported.
5.5.4 If the test results of some items do not meet the requirements of this standard, a double number of specimens should be cut from the same test blade rough piece or the same batch of rough pieces with the same hardness value as the first test to re-test the unqualified items. If some items still do not meet the requirements, the batch of rough pieces will be unqualified, but the hardness of the batch of rough pieces can be reclassified and inspected or re-heat-treated (the total number of quenching times shall not exceed 10 times, and the number of tempering times is unlimited) and then tested again. If it still fails to meet the requirements, the batch of rough pieces shall be scrapped. S.6 Appearance quality
5.6.1 The shape and size of the blade rough pieces shall be checked in accordance with the requirements of Article 3.4.1. 5.6.2 The surface quality of the blade rough pieces shall be directly inspected with the naked eye. 2
