This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Center for Standardization of Musical Instruments. This standard was drafted by the Percussion Instrument Branch of Beijing National Musical Instrument Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Xianling and Kang Dianshen. From the date of implementation of this standard, the professional standard ZBY58002.9-1989 "Military Inlay" issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry will be invalid.
