1 Scope of application

This standard is applicable to the determination of the stress-strain ratio of vulcanized rubber specimens when they are stretched using an elastic modulus tester. 2 Specimens
2.1 The width of the specimen is 10:0.2mm, the length is 80~90mm, the thickness is 2±0.3mm, and the thickness fluctuation range within the same specimen marking line shall not exceed 0.1.
2.2 The sample should be printed with markings of 500.5mm, as shown in Figure 1FT
2.3 Use a meter to measure the thickness of the three points within the markings of the sample, and take the arithmetic mean as the thickness of the sample. 3 Test instrument

4 Test steps

4.1 Unless otherwise specified in other standards, this test should be carried out at 23±2\℃. 4.2 Slide the sample accurately onto the upper and lower clamps, as shown in Figure 2.4.3 Add a magnetic code of the required weight to the code disk of the lower clamp to make the tensile stress of the sample 10kg/cm2 (0.9806MPa). 4.4 Apply the load for 15 minutes. Use a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.5mm to measure the distance between the markings of the sample under tension. 5 Test results
5.1 The elastic modulus E (kg/cm2 or MPa) is calculated as follows: PL.
