This standard applies to electronic instruments and equipment installed on fishing vessels of various operating modes, such as various radio communication equipment, radio navigation equipment, electronic fishing aids, marine radio equipment, automatic control equipment and power conversion devices. 1 Rated voltage and rated frequency of power supply for electronic equipment on fishing vessels 1.1 Electronic equipment on fishing vessels shall adopt the following rated voltages: DC: 12V, 24V110V; 220V. www.bzxz.net
AC: single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V.
1.2 Electronic equipment on fishing vessels shall adopt the following rated frequencies: 5Hz or 60Hz. 2 Requirements for voltage and frequency variation range of power supply for electronic equipment on fishing vessels 2.1 Electronic equipment on fishing vessels directly powered by batteries shall be able to work normally when the power supply voltage changes within the range of =15% of the rated value; it shall be able to work reliably when the power supply voltage is increased to 125% of the rated value instantaneously (for a duration of no more than 3 seconds). 2.2 Electronic equipment on fishing vessels powered by AC power shall be able to work normally when the power supply voltage changes within the range of ±10% of the rated value and the frequency changes within the range of ±5%; it shall be able to work reliably when the power supply voltage changes instantaneously (for a duration of no more than 3 seconds) within the range of ±20% of the rated value and the frequency changes within the range of ±10% of the rated value. 3 Safety protection requirements for the power supply of electronic equipment on fishing vessels 3.1 Electronic equipment on fishing vessels should be equipped with a power supply indication device. Electronic equipment on fishing vessels with high and low voltages connected separately should be equipped with high and low voltage power supply indication devices respectively.
3.2 The parts of the equipment that are easily accessible should not carry voltages that can cause danger to personal safety. 3.3 A high-voltage capacitor release resistor should be set in the high-voltage circuit of electronic equipment on fishing vessels so that the high-voltage capacitor can be discharged to a safe level within 30 seconds after the power is cut off. A high-voltage warning sign should be set at the high-voltage position of the equipment. 3.4 The power supply of electronic equipment on fishing vessels should be equipped with a fuse or other protective device. 3.5 When the fishing electronic equipment is in use, the equipment should not be damaged due to an error in the power supply operation procedure or the wrong power supply connection. 3.6 A clear and corrosion-resistant mark should be set on the casing of the electronic equipment on fishing vessels to indicate the rated working voltage, rated frequency and power consumption.
3.7 A grounding device with a clear and solid mark should be set on the body of the electronic equipment on fishing vessels. 4 Requirements for anti-interference of power supply of fishing electronic equipment 4.1 Measures should be taken to prevent various interferences caused by shipboard power supply in the power supply part of fishing boat electronic equipment. 2 The power supply part of fishing boat electronic equipment shall not cause interference to radio receivers and other receiving equipment. 5 Requirements for grounding polarity of power input end of fishing boat electronic equipment 5.1 For fishing electronic equipment directly powered by a battery, when one pole of its power supply must be grounded (body), only the negative pole of the power supply is allowed to be grounded. Electronic equipment with positive grounding of the power supply shall not be used in fishing boats. 5.2 For fishing electronic equipment powered by AC power supply, none of its power supply ends are allowed to be grounded.
