Test Method for Low-temperature Impact Compression of Plastics
This standard is applicable to the determination of the low-temperature impact resistance temperature of soft plastics: I. Key points of the method
Chapter 29
1. This method uses a certain energy and speed to impact and compress the sample at low temperature to find the temperature when the rupture rate is 50%:
2. Sample
2. Standard sample size: length is 50±1 mm, width is 6±0.5 mm, thickness is 0.5 to 0.05 mm.
3. The sample is free of cracks, bubbles, pinholes and other defects, and the surface is flat and smooth. 4: The sample should have enough thickness.
Note that the thickness of the sample can be 0.3~0.7 mm, but the test results of different thicknesses cannot be compared with each other. ② The surface requirements and sampling of the test surface can be determined according to the product standard. 5. The low temperature impact test machine (Figure 1) must meet the following requirements: (1) The impact hammer and the impact ball are 50±2.0 meters deep, and the speed is 20.05 meters/second: (2) The bottom surface of the hammer head is parallel to the specimen. [3) The insulation is good and equipped with a heating device and a stirrer. The Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China issued a proposal on July 1, 1965: Trial implementation. Total 5 pages, page 2. HG·2-162-65. 6. Refrigerant: ethanol and dry.
Then add acid. Measure the sample thickness and estimate it to 0.05 mm. 8. Place 10 samples in the sample tray, as shown in Figure 2. 8. HG2-182-65

9 Add 10 ice cubes to the insulation tank containing ethanol and cool it down to the required temperature. After that, add a small amount of ice every once in a while to keep the temperature, stir frequently, and control the temperature within the range of ±1°C. 10. Place the sample plate with the sample in the refrigerant at the exposed temperature, with the sample 50 ±5 meters away from the rolling surface. After keeping the temperature for 5 minutes, impact and compress all 10 samples within 1 minute, and then take out the sample plate.
11. Restore the sample to 90 degrees at room temperature, and observe the cracking situation. Then change the temperature and repeat the 11 test steps until enough data are obtained. If the analytical method is used for calculation, the temperature interval must be equal, and the lowest temperature of the crack and the highest temperature of all the cracks must be calculated.
Five tests
12. Low temperature impact compression cold resistance temperature T5. (C) is obtained by the following methods: (1) Analytical method:
T,=T'+AT
Wu Zhong: T——the minimum temperature of the sample metal part rupture (C) A\test temperature interval (C):
S——the sum of the percentage of rupture of the sample from the beginning of rupture to the complete rupture. (2) Graphical method
Use the test temperature and the percentage of sample rupture as the vertical and horizontal marks respectively, and the number of test points shall not be less than 4

Find the temperature corresponding to the sample rupture rate of 50% from the straight line as the sample punching compression aging temperature. 13. Each test records the following information: (1) the name, number and sending unit of the sample; (2) the size and quantity of the sample; (3) the test temperature and the corresponding number of test failures; (4) the sealing temperature obtained by analytical or graphical method; (5) the test date and the tester. Instrument calibration: HG2-162-65 (1) Hammer impact energy ball = Ph (ton-cm) where P = P: + P, + P. P, - main load, kg, P - impact rod weight, kg, P. - punch weight, kg,
- stroke cm. (2) Impact velocity V = V2gh (m/s) Recommended, V = 2,0 m/s, W = 50 catties-cm Then # = 20 cm, 2.5 kg.
