This standard is formulated based on the relevant parts of NPT in the 1987 edition of the United States National Standard for Design and Grinding of Wire Meshes, and is equivalent to the standard in terms of type and size.
When converting the United States standard into this standard, the basic dimensions are extensively customized in combination with my country's national conditions, among which the head and shank dimensions of the wire chain refer to GB4267B1 Shank diameter and transmission square head dimensions for straight shank rotary tools 2. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are appendices recommended by the Ministry of Standardization. This standard was proposed and issued by the National Technical Committee for Tool Standardization. The original units of the standard are Shanghai Cutting Tool Factory, Shanghai Machinery Industry Corporation, and Ministry of Tool Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Xinxiao, Qinxun, Xialinshi, and Yu Jin. This standard was first issued on April 23, 1996. This standard is effective from July 1, 1996. Scope

Technical standard specifies the type and size of 60 taper pipe thread JB/T 834.2 -- G
This standard is applicable to the taps for machining 60- taper pipe thread (NPT) with thread size code of 1/16~2.2.2.1 The type and size of the taps are as shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. The basic size of the thread is approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on 1996-0+22. The only missing size is 1996-07-01. Every 25.4mm inner front tooth teaching JBT8364.296 (complete table) The final tooth shape and size of the thread shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure 2 and Table 2. The parallelism of the center and center of the surface shall be noted. The thread shape and tooth distance are allowed to be consistent, but the position of the thread shall not exceed the effective limit of the thread shape [see the appendix standard for details]. The basic tooth shape of the B1 cone tube spider is based on the basic diameter standard of the large diameter standard. The main deviation of the 51-592 screw is shown in Table 2. The tooth shape half angle of the medium and small screws is shown in Table 2. The tooth shape half angle of the round silver half angle and the limit difference of the screw are within 25.4mm.
