Wheel loader is a product with large volume, wide application and rapid development in my country's engineering machinery. In order to better standardize product varieties, promote orderly development of products, and improve product performance and quality, this standard is specially formulated. This standard forms a complete series of tire loaders in my country. This standard will replace JB3688.184 "Basic Parameters of Wheel Loaders" from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Engineering Machinery Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main drafters of this standard: Yang Yiyue and Fang Yun. 1

This standard adopts the following definitions, and other terms are defined in ZBJ83002. 3.1 Dump height
The vertical distance from the ground to the lowest point of the bucket edge when the boom is at the highest position and the bucket dump angle is 45°. If the dump angle is less than 45°, the dump angle should be indicated.
3.2 Reach fill raised
When the boom is at the highest position and the bucket unloading angle is 45°, the horizontal distance from the front point of the loader body (including the tire or frame) to the bucket edge. If the unloading angle is less than 45°, the unloading angle should be indicated. 3.3 Total of time
Refers to the sum of the time for bucket lifting, lowering and unloading. 3.4 Bucket capacity
Bucket capacity is in accordance with GB5899. Any unspecified capacity refers to the rated capacity of the bucket. 4 Marking
4.1 The marking method of tire loaders should comply with ZBJ85019. 4.2 Marking examples
A wheeled hydraulic transmission loader with a rated load of 1.5t is marked as: wheeled loader ZL15
A wheeled timber loader with a rated load of 5t is marked as: wheeled loader ZLM50
