This standard specifies the codes for health status. It is applicable to the information exchange between information processing systems when using information processing systems for personnel file management, public security household registration management and other work.1
Health status: refers to the physical function, nutrition and development of the human body. Coding principles
This standard only provides codes for health status and does not involve any other issues. Code structure and code table
3.1 Code structure
Codes are divided into one-digit codes and two-digit codes. In the one-digit code, the first digit is the major classification code, and the second digit is the minor classification code.
