3.1.1 Ensure the correct position of the flat-mouth pliers on the workpiece, and use the table for alignment when necessary. 3.1.2 The workpiece is placed under a shim of appropriate thickness, and the workpiece is tightened on the left side of the workpiece. 3.1.3 The pins or pins on the workpiece should not be too many at both ends to ensure that they can be tightened. 3.2 When processing multiple pieces of point and line roughness at the same time, the time of each piece must be adjusted according to the time of each piece. 3.3 When processing the workpiece of the drawing on the gantry sword machine, if it needs to be tightened on one side, two pieces should be processed at the same time as much as possible. 3.4 When clamping a relatively large workpiece on the lathe workbench, auxiliary support should be added to make the installation smooth. 3.5: After the workpiece is loaded, it should be started with a jog to check the magnetic properties of each part, and then calibrate the workpiece. 4.1 When loading the cutting tool, the length of the tool should be as short as possible, and pay attention to the protruding part of the tool and the workpiece not to be connected. 4.2 The auxiliary tool should be perpendicular to the work table.
4.3 When clamping the insert tool and the forming insert tool, the main cutting edge sequence should coincide with the circular work center line. 4.4 When installing a flat-head cutter, its cutting front edge should be parallel to the feeding direction to ensure the verticality of the bottom and side of the cutter. 5.1 When cutting thin plate workpieces, according to the excess, the second clamping process should be carried out to reduce the deformation of the workpiece. 5.2 When correcting and catching the surface with empty cutters, the cutting speed should be reduced and the stroke should be minimized. 5.3 When the workpiece surface is found to be chaotic and irregular during fine planing, the machine should be stopped for inspection: 5.4 Multi-knife correction should be used as much as possible on the cutting machine.
