B/T9129--2003 is a revised version of GB912S1983 Technical Conditions for Gaskets. This standard is not equivalent to GB912S1983 for Micro-Cavity Gaskets for Steel Pipe Flanges. 3 Technical requirements
3.1 Materials
The materials of non-metallic semi-gasket are asbestos rubber, ethylene, non-fiber rubber. 3.2 Sex
3.2.1 Asbestos rubber The chemical composition and physical and mechanical properties of gaskets, asbestos rubber sheets and rubber sheets shall comply with the relevant material standards. Non-asbestos rubber sheet material should be purchased! Pressure test according to GB/Gong541. The softness test of non-asbestos rubber sheet material shall be carried out according to T12. 3.2.5.3
Non-stone rubber gasket material density test shall be carried out according to 54. Non-stone rubber gasket material oil pressure increase test shall be carried out according to GH/T. 3.2.5.4

4.2.2 Dimensional deviation
Measure the size of the gasket with a standard ruler: the inner and outer diameters and thickness of the gasket are measured at each measurement, and the total value is taken (accurate to .2 m).
4.2.3 Test method for gasket compression elasticity, stress sensing performance and sealing performance 3.2.5.5.~3.35,% provisions, 4.3 Sampling and judgment rules
4.3.1 Gaskets of a certain material are batched with 10) pieces. Three pieces are randomly selected from each batch (less than 100 pieces are selected) and the size and external quality are inspected. If one piece does not meet the requirements of this standard, an additional number of pieces shall be selected for quick inspection and parallel inspection: If there is still one piece that does not meet the requirements of the standard, the batch of products shall be fully inspected with the light signature, and the products with random sampling shall be fully inspected: 4.3.2. The same material and the same nominal number of pieces are a pallet. One piece is selected according to the specifications specified in Table 2. If there is no required specification, it should be manufactured according to the same process and sufficient blood is tested for compression rebound performance, stress performance, and time performance. If any one piece does not meet the requirements of the standard, purchase additional pieces for preliminary inspection. If there is still one piece that does not meet the rating of this standard, the batch of products is unqualified or does not meet the type inspection. 5 Marking, packaging and storage
5.1 Marking
The whole piece can be marked with a cage or other force type, but the mark should always include the following: a) Flange cover code (R changes to FF according to the provisions of GR/1S125;) Nominal force number according to the mark:

5.2 Unless otherwise specified by the user, the product should be packaged with materials, thickness, and specifications. The delivery must be accompanied by a product quality inspection certificate. The storage period of the film should be selected in accordance with the material requirements. The stored pieces should be placed in a dry warehouse with ventilation, avoiding direct sunlight, extrusion, exposure and normal heat sources.
