4.4.3 During the idle operation time, the temperature rise of the sliding bearing shall not be greater than 35℃, and the maximum temperature shall not be higher than 70℃; the temperature rise of the rolling bearing shall not be greater than 40℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70℃. 4.4.4 During the single stroke idle operation test, the brake and clutch shall act smoothly and coordinately, and the friction plate (block) shall not be burned during the test.
4.4.5 The working mechanism and operating mechanism of the entire plate rolling machine shall be coordinated with each other, and all working standard actions shall be smooth and reliable. 4.4.6 The noise sound pressure level of the plate rolling machine shall comply with the provisions of 3.11.8. 4.4.7 The electrical, hydraulic, gas, lubrication and cooling systems and their ancillary devices shall be normal and reliable under working conditions. 4
JB/T3185.11999
Liquid and gas pipelines in the working system should not have blockage and leakage. 4.5 Plate rolling machine load test, overload test 4.5.1 Each plate rolling machine should generally be tested at full load according to the "minimum bending diameter at maximum specification" specified in the technical documents. The number of tests should not be less than three times:
a) The actions of all mechanisms and working systems should be coordinated: b) The re-test accuracy should meet the requirements.
4.5.2 For new or updated products, an overload test should be carried out at 120% of its bending capacity, and the number of tests should not be less than three times. Random inspection is allowed for batch-produced finalized products, and the number of random inspections for each batch should not be less than 10%, but not less than one. During the test, all mechanisms should work normally and parts should not be damaged. The overload safety device should be sensitive and reliable. 4.5.3 For new or updated products, a cone test should also be conducted, and its rigidity should be measured under full load, and it should comply with relevant regulations.
4.6 Plate rolling machine accuracy inspection
Each plate rolling machine must be inspected for accuracy according to the provisions of the current standards before leaving the factory. Before the accuracy inspection, its installation level should be adjusted, and its longitudinal and lateral horizontal errors should not be greater than 0.20/1000. During the accuracy inspection, adjustments to the mechanisms and parts that affect the accuracy are not allowed. The actual data of the accuracy inspection after the load test is qualified should be recorded in the plate rolling machine factory certificate. 5 Marking, packaging and transportation
5.1 The rust prevention of parts and spare parts of the plate rolling machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T1829. 5.2 The packaging of the plate rolling machine shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8356.1. 5.3 The storage and transportation indication symbols on the plate rolling machine packaging box should comply with the provisions of GB191. 5.4 Each plate rolling machine should be accompanied by the following technical documents: a) Instruction manual (including instruction manual for auxiliary machines, etc.); b) Certificate of conformity;
e) Packing list.
