The types and main parameters of frame agitators shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2123 4 Technical requirements
HG/T 2127 -- 91
4.1 The materials for the impeller blades, upper and lower beams, and stiffening ribs shall be made of carbon slurry steel in accordance with the provisions of GB3274, GB700 and GB699; the materials for the stainless steel shall comply with the provisions of GB3280 and GB1220; the materials for the surrounding parts shall comply with the drawings and the corresponding standard requirements. 4.2 The lining of the agitator shall comply with the corresponding technical requirements. 4.3 The welding of the upper and lower beams of the impeller blades shall be continuous welding: the stiffening rib plate part may be intermittently welded. The type and size of the welding joint shall comply with the provisions of GB985, and the welding rod shall comply with the provisions of GB5117, GB5188 and GB983. 4.4 The outer edge linear speed of the frame agitator is less than 5/s, and the static balance test may not be carried out. The welded blades, beams, reinforcing ribs and other components shall be axially symmetrical to reduce the imbalance factor. .4.5 The outer periphery of the frame shall be symmetrical and parallel to the axis of rotation of the agitator. The symmetry tolerance shall be less than 0.4% of the blade diameter, and the alignment tolerance shall be less than 0.4% of the blade height. The shape deviation of the lower part of the frame shall be less than 0.4% of the blade diameter and shall not exceed 5mm. 4.6 The limit deviation of the un-toleranced dimensions of the machined surface shall be in accordance with the 14th grade accuracy of GB1804; the limit deviation of the un-toleranced dimensions of the non-machined surface shall be in accordance with the 16th grade accuracy. 4.1 The surface of the agitator shall be free of sharp points and burrs, and the blades shall be smooth. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on August 19, 1991, and implemented on January 1, 1992. 5 Inspection HG/T 2127 --91 S.1 The frame agitator shall be inspected according to the drawings and this technical condition. 3.2 Check the shape of the lower part of the blade frame, and make a sample according to the requirements of the drawing. The error of the sample and the measuring tool shall not exceed 1/5 of the measured dimension tolerance.

6.1 The agitator shall be treated with rust prevention.
6.2 Factory technical documents of the agitator
Product manual, including name, diameter, material and weight, etc.: Product quality certificate:

d. Packing list,
6.3 Anti-corrosion, anti-damage and moisture-proof measures shall be taken during product transportation. It is not allowed to store it outdoors. 64 When packaging the agitator, the agitator shaft shall be prevented from bending and deformation, and the support for fixing the agitator shaft shall not be supported on the assembly part of the shaft.
