1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for the geometric accuracy of heavy-duty deep hole drilling machines, Jn/T 8332.1-96
This standard is applicable to heavy-duty exploration drilling machines with large bores greater than 250~1000mm, large depths of 3000~20000mm, and spindle boxes of fixed and movable types for general purposes. Reference standards

3.1 According to 3.1 of J32670, adjust the machine tool installation water level, and place it horizontally at the two ends of the bed. The number between the number and the number of the level meter should not be less than 0.5/1000.
3.2 Pre-inspection is only carried out during the matching process, and the load test is carried out again. 3.3 The order of precision inspection items listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. During inspection, the inspection tools can generally be disassembled according to the table for convenience. The actual inspection order must be arranged according to the purpose of inspection. 3.4 During process precision inspection, the test piece should be inspected after removal. 3.5 When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance should be based on the provisions of Article 2.3.1.1 of JB2670. When the calculated result is less than 0.CC5mm, C.005m is still obtained. 3. The direction parallel to the guide rail of the bed is the missing direction, and the direction parallel to the center of the weaving direction is the horizontal direction: Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1996-0411
