3.1 The technical quality level of thin relief paper is divided into three levels: A, B and C. 3.2 Thin relief paper is mainly flat paper.
4 Technical requirements

4.2 Flat paper is 787mm×1092mm, 1168mm×850mm, 880mm×1230mm, the deviation is not allowed to exceed ±3mm, and the skewness is not allowed to exceed 3mm. Other specifications of paper or roll paper can also be produced according to the contract. 4.3 The fiber structure of paper should be uniform and the paper surface should be flat. 4.4 The cutting edge of paper should be neat and clean, and the color of each batch of paper should not be significantly different. 4.5 The paper surface should not have sand particles, hard blocks, wrinkles, glossy and matte streaks, spots, transparent spots and holes visible in the light, etc. Various paper defects that affect the use of paper are not allowed.
4.6 The paper should not have the phenomenon of print-through, powder loss and hair loss during printing. 5 Test method
The sample is taken according to the provisions of GB/T450. 5.1
5.2 The quantitative determination is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T451.2. 5.3
The tightness is measured according to the provisions of GB/T451.3. 5.4 The tear length is measured according to the provisions of GB/T453. 5.5 The folding endurance is measured according to the provisions of GB/T457. 5.6 The smoothness is measured according to the provisions of GB/T456. Whiteness shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8940.1. 5.7
Opacity shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1543. 5.8
5.9 Sizing degree shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T460, and the second line of "Paper to Ink Penetration and Diffusion Comparison Plate" shall be implemented. 5.10 Dust degree shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1541. 5.11
Delivery moisture shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T462. 5.12 The size and skewness of paper shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T451.1. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 One delivery is considered as a batch, but not more than 30t. 6.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and each piece of paper shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate. 263

6.3 The sampling inspection for delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. 6.4 The sample unit is the order, and the sampling plan is listed in Table 2. 6.5 The purchaser has the right to check whether the quality of the batch of products meets the requirements of this standard. If there is any objection to the quality of the products, it shall notify the supplier within three months after the arrival of the goods and jointly take samples for re-inspection. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch will be judged as unqualified and the supplier shall be responsible; if it meets the requirements of this standard, the batch will be judged as qualified and the purchaser shall be responsible.

7.1 The packaging and marking of thin relief paper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342, and the following supplementary provisions shall be made:7.1.1 The vertical and horizontal directions of each flat paper shall be consistent, and arrows shall be drawn on the outer skin and outer wrapping paper of the package to indicate the vertical direction of the paper. 7.2 Rainproof, moisture-proof and clean transportation tools must be used during transportation. 7.3 Paper pieces shall not be dropped from a high place during transportation. 7.4 The storage of finished products shall be strictly protected from the influence of rain, snow and ground moisture. This standard was proposed by the Paper Industry Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Paper Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Zhejiang Longyou Paper Mill. The main drafter of this standard is Wang Zuomin.

The tightness is measured according to the provisions of GB/T451.3. 5.4 The tear length is measured according to the provisions of GB/T453. 5.5 The folding endurance is measured according to the provisions of GB/T457. 5.6 The smoothness is measured according to the provisions of GB/T456. Whiteness shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8940.1. 5.7
Opacity shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1543. 5.8
5.9 Sizing degree shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T460, and the second line of "Paper to Ink Penetration and Diffusion Comparison Plate" shall be implemented. 5.10 Dust degree shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1541. 5.11
Delivery moisture shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T462. 5.12 The size and skewness of paper shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T451.1. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 One delivery is considered as a batch, but not more than 30t. 6.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and each piece of paper shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate. 263
