Calibration Items and Technical Requirements
The distance between the two clamps of the enameled round wire residual test instrument can be adjusted to 500±5mm. The rotation speed of the sample twisting should be 60~100r/min. 3.2
The weight of the hanging rod is 5V. The load weight is 5N, 15N, 20V, 55N. The weight error range is 10%.3.3bZxz.net
The torsion counter counts accurately and reliably.
Instruments for verification
Steel tape measure, 2m.
Stopwatch. Graduation value 0.1%.
Electronic scale or table scale, graduation value 5g:
Verification method
General inspection
The enameled round wire peeling tester should be placed horizontally, and the slider can move smoothly on the guide rail. After clamping the sample and hanging the corresponding load, the fixture has no looseness or slippage. The scraper is sharp. The two blades are parallel. There is no gap. The torsion counter is reliable, especially the counting error. 5.2 Measure the distance between the two fixtures.
5.3 Use a stopwatch to measure and record the number of twists n of the tester within time t (greater than 1min). Calculate the twisting speed V according to the following formula: V-60n/t
Where: --- time s;
-t The number of twists within time.
Take the average of 3 calculated values.
5.4 Measure the weight of the hanging rod and the load.

Processing of verification results
JB/T 4279.6--94
6.1 A verification certificate shall be issued to the qualified enameled round wire peeling tester. A verification result notice shall be issued to the unqualified one. The cover of the verification certificate and verification result notice is shown in the appendix of JB/T4279.1. 6.2 The initial calibration of the enameled wire peeling tester is carried out according to all the calibration items. During the periodic calibration, only the items specified in Articles 5.1.3.2 and 5.3 of this standard need to be calibrated.
6.3 The calibration cycle of the enameled round wire peeling tester is generally set at 2 years.

Processing of verification results

6.1 A verification certificate shall be issued to the qualified enameled round wire peeling tester. A verification result notice shall be issued to the unqualified one. The cover of the verification certificate and verification result notice is shown in the appendix of JB/T4279.1. 6.2 The initial calibration of the enameled wire peeling tester is carried out according to all the calibration items. During the periodic calibration, only the items specified in Articles 5.1.3.2 and 5.3 of this standard need to be calibrated.
6.3 The calibration cycle of the enameled round wire peeling tester is generally set at 2 years.
