This standard specifies the testing methods for the main items of the plate vulcanizer. This standard is applicable to the testing of hydraulic plate vulcanizers. Test at any
distance from the edges of the hot plate.
(1) Measure with a stylus surface roughness measuring instrument,
(2) Compare and judge with a surface roughness comparison sample.
Both methods have equal validity
Place a mold or a rubber sheet of appropriate thickness between each layer of hot plate to prevent direct contact with the working surface of the hot plate.
Pressure at the maximum working pressure for 5 minutes and record the pressure gauge reading. Use the following formula to calculate the nominal clamping force: P=10-4.P,·Fn

Testing methods
When the hot plate is running to a stable state, put it in a completely closed position. Start to press the "open" button and use a stopwatch to record the time. When the hot plate drops to the maximum open position and stops moving, stop the timer and record the time. And use a steel ruler to measure the distance of the opening.
When the hot plate is in the maximum open position, start pressing the "Close" button and use a stopwatch to time. When the hot plate is completely closed and stops moving, stop the timer to record the time and measure the closing distance.
Repeat the measurement three times in a row, calculate separately, and take the smaller value as the opening and closing speed of the hot plate.
Hot-steam heated or electrically heated flat vulcanizer: High working temperature Use saturated steam with a force of 1MPa or connect the hot plate working
power supply to heat the hot plate to a stable state. According to the measurement range L shown in the figure, use a point thermometer of the corresponding range to measure near the center line.

Testing methods
