3.1In order to ensure the quality of military products, the raw rubber used to process military shellac must be high-quality raw rubber, and it should be produced as much as possible. 3.2 Military shellac should not contain other additives. If there are special needs, it can be negotiated separately. 3.3 The same batch of raw rubber, the same process conditions, the products produced in one day are a batch, and each batch of the required indicators must be tested, and the selected indicators must be tested once within one month.
3.4 Take approximately equal samples from different parts of 30% of the packaging boxes of each batch of products, mix them thoroughly, and then divide them into 300g by quartering method, pack them into two sample bags, one for analysis, and the other sealed and stored in a dry place for arbitration. 3.5 If any of the test results do not meet the technical indicators specified in this standard, double sampling should be done. If the re-test results are still unqualified, the batch of products will be unqualified.
3.6 When the user unit raises an objection to the product quality and needs arbitration, it should be raised within two months of arrival. The arbitration unit shall be undertaken by the Forestry Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station of the Ministry of Forestry or the testing unit agreed by both parties, and the arbitration analysis shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB8143-87 "Test Methods for Shellac Products".

4 Packaging, transportation and storage

4.1 Military lac film is packed in wooden boxes or other packaging materials, lined with a layer of kraft paper, and marked with "Military lac film" in a prominent position on the box, and the manufacturer, net weight, production date, and printed with the words "sun protection" and "moisture protection". A certificate of product quality indicators is placed in each box. 4.2 The product must be covered during transportation, and it is strictly forbidden to be exposed to the sun, rain, or near heat sources or humid places. 4.3 The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool room to avoid caking. 5 Product inspection
