When the material is ZQA19-4, the technical requirements are in accordance with the provisions of GB1176, applicable to ductile iron and steel stop valves, throttle valves and gate valves, and the surface roughness R of the thread (M) is 3.2um. When the material is ZHMn58-2-2, the technical requirements are in accordance with the provisions of GB1176, applicable to gray cast iron stop valves, and the surface roughness R of the thread (M) is 6.3μm. 4.2
The dimensions of ordinary threads shall comply with the provisions of GB196, and the tolerances shall comply with the provisions of GB197. The dimensions and tolerances of trapezoidal threads shall comply with the provisions of GB5796.1~5796.4.
