This standard applies to gray cast iron stop valves with nominal pressure Pn1.6MPa and nominal diameter Dz80~150mm; ductile iron and cast and forged steel stop valves and throttle valves with nominal pressure Px1.6~16MPa and nominal diameter Dv15~150mm; and forged steel gate valves with nominal pressure Px4.0 and 16MPa and nominal diameter D%15~40mm.

When the material is ZQA19-4, the technical requirements are in accordance with the provisions of GB1176, applicable to ductile iron and steel stop valves, throttle valves and gate valves, and the surface roughness R of the thread (M) is 3.2um. When the material is ZHMn58-2-2, the technical requirements are in accordance with the provisions of GB1176, applicable to gray cast iron stop valves, and the surface roughness R of the thread (M) is 6.3μm. 4.2
The dimensions of ordinary threads shall comply with the provisions of GB196, and the tolerances shall comply with the provisions of GB197. The dimensions and tolerances of trapezoidal threads shall comply with the provisions of GB5796.1~5796.4. The tolerance grade of dimensions without tolerances shall comply with IT14 specified in GB1804. Additional remarks:
