Standards of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China
Technological Management Guidelines
Guidefor technological management-Technological standardizationJB/T9169.14-1998
Replaces JB/Z338.14-88
This standard specifies the main scope of technological standardization, the types of technological standards, and the basic requirements for the formulation and implementation of technological standards. This standard applies to all machinery manufacturing enterprises. 2 Basic requirements
Technological standardization is an important means to strengthen technological scientific management, improve technological level, and shorten the production process preparation cycle. All enterprises should attach importance to technological standardization. Enterprises with conditions should set up technological standardization organizations or full-time technological standardization personnel. Main scope of process standardization
a) Standardization of process terms, symbols and codes b) Standardization of process documents;
c) Standardization of process elements and process parameters: d) Typification and standardization of process operation methods: e) Standardization of process equipment;
f) Standardization of process management.
4 Main types of process standards
4.1 Basic process standards:
Process terminology standards;
Process symbol and code standards;
Process classification and coding standards;
Process document standards;
-Process allowance standards.
Professional process technology standards:
Process material standards:
Process technology conditions and process parameter standards:-Process operation method standards;
Process test and inspection standards.
4.3 Process equipment standards:
Cutting and grinding tool standards;
Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on November 16, 1998 and implemented on December 1, 1998
—Clamp standards:
—Mold standards:
—Auxiliary tool standards:
—Fixer and hand tool standards:
Measuring instrument standards.
4.4 Process management standards.
5 Formulation of process standards
JB/T9169.14-1998
5.1 According to the flexible and changeable characteristics of the process, except for a few highly universal process standards that can be formulated as national standards or industry standards, most process standards should be formulated as enterprise standards in combination with the characteristics of the enterprise. 5.2 Process standards that enterprises should focus on formulating
5.2.1 Formulate process operation method standards, such as typical processes, process codes, standard processes, etc., to shorten the process design time of new products and improve the process level.
5.2.2 Formulate processing allowance standards between processes to improve material utilization and reduce processing labor. 5.2.3 Formulate process equipment standards to reduce special tooling and improve the standardization coefficient in special tooling. 5.2.4 Formulate process management standards to make process management scientific and standardized. 5.2.5 Enterprises with imported projects or cooperative projects with foreign countries should actively introduce and transform relevant process standards or specifications of foreign enterprises to improve the process level of enterprises.
5.3 Process standard formulation procedure
5.3.1 Reasonable topic selection. When selecting a topic, the scope of application of the standard, the technical and economic benefits that may be brought to the enterprise after implementation, and whether the conditions for formulation are available should be considered.
5.3.2 Collect and digest information related to this standard. 5.3.3 Prepare the draft standard. When preparing the draft, in addition to actively adopting relevant advanced standards at home and abroad according to the conditions of the enterprise, the enterprise's relatively mature advanced processes, advanced technologies and good management methods should also be included in the standard. 5.3.4 Solicit opinions. After the draft standard is completed, it should be sent to relevant departments (offices), workshops (branches) for extensive comments. Some controversial issues should be fully negotiated and sent to a unified one as much as possible. 5.3.5 Modify the final draft. After soliciting opinions on the draft standard, a comprehensive analysis should be conducted based on the opinions of all parties and the draft standard should be revised. For the draft standard with large differences of opinion in the solicitation of opinions, the chief engineer or chief process engineer should organize a review meeting after the revision to review and finalize the draft. Generally, if there are not many differences of opinion, the draft can be finalized after the revision is signed by the relevant departments. 5.3.6 Approval and release. The draft standard submitted for approval after review or signing must be approved by the chief engineer or deputy technical director, and officially released after registration and numbering by the enterprise standardization department. 6 Implementation of process standards
6.1 When implementing national and industry standards in terms of technology, enterprises should first transform them into enterprise standards in light of their specific conditions, but the level should not be lowered during the transformation. 6.2 Enterprise process standards, including those transformed from national, industry or foreign standards and those formulated by the enterprise itself, must be enforced. 6.3 Before implementing the standards, the process department should stipulate specific implementation measures and supervise and inspect during the implementation. 2
