3 Materials, heat treatment, technical conditions, structural types and specifications of guide bushes 3.1 Material: 20 steel GB 699.
3.2 Heat treatment: carburizing depth 0.8~1.2mm, hardness HRC58-62. 3.3 Technical conditions in accordance with GB/T12446. 3.4 Structural type and specifications as shown in the figure and table.
