3.1The materials used to manufacture smoke boxes and steel smoke boxes (called smoke drawings, the same below) shall comply with the provisions of design drawings and relevant standards. 3.2The drilling holes on the wall panels of the smoke box and the connecting flanges of the smoke box shall comply with the provisions of GB152. 3.3The dimensional deviation △L of the length, width and depth L of the smoke box shall comply with the following provisions: When aL≤1m, △L shall not exceed ±5mm; when bL>1m, △L shall not exceed ±7mm. 3.4 The flatness of the smoke box wall panel should not be greater than 0.4% of the total length within any width. 3.5 The gap between the smoke box door panel and the smoke box frame should not be greater than 2mm. 3.6 When the smoke box is assembled, the parallelism between the horizontal center line of the smoke box and the horizontal center line of the boiler shell or the vertical center line of the smoke box and the vertical center line of the boiler shell should meet the following requirements:
a. When the length L is not greater than 1.5m, it should not be greater than 3mm; b. When the length L is greater than 1.5m, it should not be greater than 4mm. 3.7 The assembly displacement of the center line of the smoke box relative to the center line of the boiler shell or the reference line should not be greater than 5mm. 3.8 The diameter deviation of the smoke window should not exceed 3mm. 3.9 The straightness of the smoke box within each meter of length should not be greater than 3mm, and the straightness of the entire length of the cylinder section should meet the following requirements: a.
When the length of the cylinder section is not greater than 5m, it should not be greater than 8mm; when the length of the simple section is greater than 5m, it should not be greater than 10mm. 3.10 The assembly clearance between the smoke window body and the connecting flange shall not exceed 1.5mm. 3. 11
The end face inclination after welding between the smoke window body and the connecting flange shall not exceed 2.5mm. The weld surface of the smoke box and smoke should not have defects such as pores, cracks, and melt penetration. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 1, 1993 and implemented on January 1, 1994
