4.2.2 The thickness of the whole leather is basically uniform, without greasy feeling and odor. 4.2.3 The color of the leather cut is basically consistent with the leather surface, the dyeing is uniform, and the coated leather coating should adhere firmly. The suede leather has uniform nap. 5 Test methods
5.1 Air conditioning
The sample is air-conditioned according to GB/T4689.2. 5.2 Physical and chemical performance test
5.2.1 Color friction fastness: Test according to QB/T1327. 5.2.2 Other items: Test according to GB/T4689. 5.3 Appearance inspection
In natural light, select a visual distance that can be seen clearly and inspect by sensory organs. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Batch
An inspection batch consists of products of the same variety produced by the same batch of raw materials and the same production process. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Products must be inspected before leaving the factory, and can only leave the factory after passing the inspection and being accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 6.2.2 Inspection items: appearance inspection, color friction fastness, tear strength. 6.2.2.1 Appearance inspection: Inspect each sheet (piece) according to the provisions of Article 4.2. 6.2.2.2 Color fastness to friction: Randomly select 3 sheets (pieces) from all qualified products in the appearance inspection and conduct the test in accordance with the provisions of 5.2.1. 6.2.2.3 Tear strength: Take samples from the samples tested in 6.2.2.2 and conduct the test in accordance with the provisions of 5.2.2. 6.2.3 Qualification judgment: The appearance inspection shall all comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. In the physical and chemical performance test, if only 1 sheet (piece) out of 3 sheets (pieces) does not meet the tear strength or color fastness requirements in Table 2, the batch of products shall be judged to be qualified; if 2 sheets (pieces) or more do not meet the requirements of any of the two items in Table 2, double sampling shall be carried out for re-testing of the item. If 2 sheets (pieces) or more still do not meet the requirements of the item during the re-testing, the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified.
6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations. a.
When the raw materials, main processes, and agents are changed;
When the product is resumed after a long-term suspension;
When the national quality and technical supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection; c.
d. During normal production, type test shall be carried out at least once every six months. 2 Sampling quantity: Randomly select 5 sheets (pieces) from the inspected products and conduct all appearance inspections, of which 3 sheets (pieces) shall be subjected to physical and chemical performance inspections. 6.3.2
6.3.3 Qualification judgment:
6.3.3.1 Judgment principle for single sheet (piece)
If one of the two items of tear strength and color chattering friction fastness in Table 2 is unqualified, the sheet (piece) shall be judged as unqualified; if three of the other items in the technical requirements are unqualified, the sheet (piece) shall be judged as unqualified. 6.3.3.2 Principle of whole batch evaluation
If 2 or more samples are unqualified among 5 samples, 10 samples shall be doubled for re-test. All 10 samples shall be inspected for appearance, and 6 samples shall be inspected for physical and chemical properties. If 3 or more samples are unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified. 380
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
