Summary:
This standard specifies the monitoring content, monitoring methods and qualified indicators of the energy utilization status of industrial heat treatment furnaces. This standard applies to box-type resistance furnaces and box-type quenching furnaces with a rated power of 15kW or more, pit-type resistance furnaces with a rated power of 25kW or more, trolley-type resistance furnaces and electrode salt bath furnaces with a rated power of 50kW (50kV·A) or more. This standard does not apply to energy-saving monitoring of vacuum heat treatment furnaces.
