5' Inspection rules
5.1 The vulcanization accelerator ETU shall be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer. Each batch of products shipped shall be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format.
5.2 The vulcanization accelerator ETU is a batch of uniform products per package.5.3 The user has the right to inspect and accept the products received in accordance with this standard. 5.4 Sampling method
5.4.1 Sample units shall be taken according to Table 2 in GB 6678.5.4.2 The random sampling method shall be adopted, and the sampling tube shall be placed on and in the bag (insert). Take equal amounts of samples from the following three parts and put them into clean salt black.
5.4.3 After carefully mixing the samples, take out no less than 300g by quartering and divide them into two clean and dry bottles with open mouths. Seal the bottle mouths and mark: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date. One bottle is sent to the quality supervision and inspection department for inspection, and the other bottle is stored in a dark place for re-inspection. The shelf life is three months. 5.5 If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from two times the packaging bags (barrels) for re-inspection. If the re-inspection results still do not meet the standards, the batch of products will be downgraded or rejected. 5.6 When the two parties have objections to the strict quality and require arbitration, the two parties may negotiate to select the inspection agency and conduct arbitration analysis in accordance with the provisions of this standard.
