This standard applies to diesel engines for engineering machinery (including injection molding, two-stroke molding; air cooling, water cooling: non-turbocharged, submersible and turbocharged intercooler). The test and inspection of imported products shall also meet the requirements of the license. 2 Reliability and Durability Tests
2.1 Test Contents
Reliability and Durability Tests include bench and non-stress test, thermal shock test and matching use test. 2.2 Bench and Non-stress Tests and Durability Tests

The number of engine maintenance and the damage of cooling parts shall be recorded in detail and written in the test report. 2.5.2 During the reliability and durability test, the engine shall be measured at least once every 4 hours: the engine oil consumption rate, intake air humidity, exhaust temperature, cooling filter temperature, engine oil temperature, engine oil consumption and engine oil consumption. 5.3 Before the endurance test, the engine shall be disassembled and measured, including: exhaust valve depression test, valve stem guide, connecting rod bushing, and valve stem guide.
