Replaces GB/T 3780. 11--83bzxZ.net
Put a certain amount of carbon black sample on a test sieve with a specified aperture, and gently brush it with a brush to make the carbon black sample pass through the test sieve. The residue left on the sieve is the sieve residue.
4 Instruments and materials
4.1 Brush: flat, hair length ≥2cm. 4.2 Surface III: 80 mm.
4.3 Test sieve: aperture 150μm, in accordance with GB6003. 4.4 Analytical balance: accurate to 0.0001g. 4.5 Industrial balance: accurate to 0.1g.
5 Sampling
5.1 Bag carbon black shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2 of GB3778. 5.2 Bulk carbon black shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of HG/T2725. 6 Steps
6.1 Weigh 20g of the sample, accurate to 0.1g, and pour it into a clean and dry test sieve (4.3). 6.2 Use a brush to gently brush the sample to make the carbon black pass through the test sieve. Until it cannot pass. Note: If there are unloose carbon black particles, you can use your fingers to gently rub them to loosen them and pass through the test sieve. 6.3 Transfer the residue on the sieve into the accurately weighed surface blood (4.2) and weigh it to an accuracy of 0.0001. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on December 20, 1995, 58
Implemented on August 1, 1996
Result Expression
GB/T 3780. 11--1995
The test result of the sieve residue is expressed in mass percentage and is calculated as follows: m1 -m2
Wherein m1--mass of surface blood and sieve residue, g; m2-mass of surface dirt, g*
mass of the sample, g.
The result of one measurement is the test result.
Test Report
The test report shall include the following contents:
National standard number based on which the test is conducted;
Type and mark of the sample;
Test result;
Any difference from the prescribed procedure;
Test date.
Additional Notes:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Carbon Black Industry Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
