The following terms and definitions apply to this part. 3.1
Gene flow
The natural transfer of exogenous genes in genetically modified soybeans to common cultivated soybeans or related wild species. 3.2
Outcrossing rate
The ratio of natural hybridization between transgenic soybean and common cultivated soybean or related wild species. 4 Requirements
According to the requirements of Chapter 3 of NY/T719.1-2003. 5 Experimental methods
5.1 Outcrossing rate of different genotypes of transgenic soybean and wild and cultivated soybean 5.1.1 Experimental design
Single row alternating planting, arranged in the order of comparison method, with no less than 10 receptor materials. The area of the plot is no less than 10m2, with four replicates, two replicates each in the east-west direction and the north-south direction.

Manage according to local conventional cultivation methods.
5.1.4 Investigation and Recording
Investigate and record the seedling emergence, initial flowering, full flowering, final flowering and maturity periods. 5.1.5 Testing
The harvested non-GMO seeds (no less than 1000 seeds per treatment) shall be planted in a greenhouse or field. After emergence, biological identification 11

or molecular biological testing shall be conducted, and the number of plants containing exogenous genes shall be recorded. 5.1.6 Result Expression
The effusion rate shall be calculated according to formula (1):
Wherein:
P- effusion rate, %;
N-the number of plants containing exogenous genes detected, in plant, and T-the total number of seedlings after sowing, in plant. 5.1.7 Result analysis
oee+e+e
The variance analysis method was used to compare the differences in the dispersal rates of different genotypes of transgenic soybeans, wild soybeans and common cultivated soybeans. 5.2 Detection of gene dispersal distance and frequency
5.2.1 Experimental design
.......(1)
A fan with an angle greater than 90 degrees was used, with the fan mouth located at the upwind mouth, the fan radius of 30m~50m, and no replication. The area was about 2000m2~3500m2. Transgenic soybeans were planted at the fan mouth, and other materials were planted on the fan ridge. Transgenic soybeans were used as pollinators, with a radius of not less than 2m, and non-transgenic common cultivated soybeans were selected as pollen recipients. 5.2.2 Sowing
The sowing depth was 3cm~4cm. 10.g~12g of seeds were sown per square meter. 5.2.3 Management
Management was carried out according to local conventional cultivation methods.
5.2.4 Survey method
At maturity, non-GM soybean seeds were harvested at a distance gradient of 1m, 2m, 5m, 10m, 20m and 50m from the fan-shaped row mouth, and no less than 1,000 seeds were sampled at each distance. 5.2.5 Detection method
The harvested seeds were planted in a greenhouse in the same year or in the field in the next year. After germination, biological identification or molecular biological detection was carried out, and the number of plants containing exogenous genes was recorded.
5.2.6 Result expression
The gene dispersal distance and frequency were calculated.
The dispersal rate result calculation is shown in formula (1).
