This standard specifies the type and basic number, marking, technical requirements, test methods and table and color matching of ball-coupled cooling pipes. Only the cooling system of machine tools with a resistance not exceeding 0.4M can be used as a reference for other cooling systems. The following provisions are included in the standard and shall become the standard text of this standard by citing it in the standard. This standard is marked as a self-validation version. All standards are subject to revision. The commonality of this standard is to reduce the possibility of using the following standard new versions. cooling pipe joint and connecting parts should be able to pass the pressure test. The above-mentioned parts and connecting parts should have low crack width. 6 test method
technical requirements test:
a) for G1/4 single cooling pipe, press r.13 MPa, maintain pressure 5 zrin, should meet the requirements of the fifth life. h) For G3/RB cold belt, add 0.2 MPe for 5 min. It should meet the requirements of Chapter 5. e) For core 1/cold pipe, press 25MPe for 5min. The seat should meet the requirements of Chapter 7.
Cold belts should be packed with new materials before being packed. 7.1
