1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard is difficult to use for penetrant testing B , C two kinds of chromium-plated test blocks stipulate the most basic requirements. This standard applies to the production and factory quality requirements for penetrant inspection of BC two chromium-plated test blocks. 2 Technical requirements
2.1 Type B test block
2.1.1 Shape and size of type B chromium-plated test block The shape and size of type B chromium-plated test block are shown in Figure 1. O

The base material of type B chromium-plated test block should be a stainless steel plate (such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti , Cr17Ni2, etc.). The front (working surface) of the test block is divided into two parts along the long side: one side has a chrome-plated strip with an area of ??152mm×45mm. The h.

2.2.2 Materials and production of test block
