This standard shall be implemented from January 1, 2001. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. This standard is applicable to new filatures located in plains and hilly areas and the expansion and construction of existing filatures. Existing filatures can refer to it. The health protection distance in areas with complex terrain conditions should be determined jointly by the competent department of the construction unit and the health and environmental protection competent departments of the province, city or autonomous region where the construction project is located based on the environmental quality evaluation report. 2 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
