Summary:
This standard specifies the required sanitary protection distance between silk reeling mills and residential areas. This standard applies to new silk reeling mills located in plains and hilly areas, as well as the expansion and reconstruction of existing silk reeling mills. Existing silk reeling mills can refer to it for implementation. The sanitary protection distance in areas with complex terrain conditions should be determined jointly by the competent department of the construction unit and the health and environmental protection authorities of the municipality or autonomous region where the construction project is located based on the atmospheric environment quality evaluation report. Some standard content:
GB180802000
All technical contents of this standard are mandatory. The standard for the sanitary protection distance of industrial enterprises is a comprehensive standard involving construction planning, general layout of industrial construction, environmental sanitation, and sanitary engineering. Its purpose is to ensure that the pollutants generated after the commissioning of national key industrial enterprises will not affect the health of people in residential areas. This standard is based on the characteristics of various harmful factors. It finds out the occurrence, diffusion, dilution, attenuation, and degradation characteristics of harmful factors, and then determines the allowable non-radiation intensity of industrial enterprises based on the best practical technical principles, that is, the control measures and maintenance management measures that can be achieved according to my country's current economic level. Finally, the appropriate atmospheric diffusion model and corresponding parameters are selected to determine the required sanitary protection distance. This standard shall be implemented from January 1, 2001. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Sichuan Provincial Health and Epidemic Prevention Station, Institute of Environmental Health and Hygiene Engineering, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, and Leshan City Health and Epidemic Prevention Station.
The main contributors to this standard are Fu Wenzhao, Wei Yikuan, Hu Gengxin and Zhang Zhengwei. The Ministry of Health entrusted the Institute of Environmental Health Monitoring of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine to interpret this standard. .252wwW.bzxz.Net

Health protection zone standard for filature
Health protection zone standard for filature This standard specifies the required health protection distance between filatures and residential areas. GB18080-2000
This standard is applicable to new filatures located in plains and hilly areas and the expansion and construction of existing filatures. Existing filatures can refer to it. The health protection distance in areas with complex terrain conditions should be determined jointly by the competent department of the construction unit and the health and environmental protection competent departments of the province, city or autonomous region where the construction project is located based on the environmental quality evaluation report. 2 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
2.1 Health protection distance health protection The minimum distance from the boundary of the department (main department or section) where harmful pollutants are generated to the boundary of the residential area. 3 Standard content
3.1 The health protection distance of the silk drying factory is stipulated according to the average wind speed in the area in the past five years, as shown in Table 1. Table 1
Spindle scale
Average wind speed in recent years, m/s
3.2 This standard also stipulates that the location of the silk factory and the residential area should take into account the influence of factors such as wind direction, frequency and terrain to minimize its pollution to the atmospheric environment of the residential area.
Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on April 10, 2000 and implemented on January 1, 2001
