Except for the following requirements, other technical requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions in JB/T7688.1. 3.1 Environmental conditions
The minimum working environment temperature of the crane is -10°C and the maximum is not more than 1065°C. 3.2 Performance
The rated lifting capacity of the crane is the sum of the mass of the clamp device and the clamped object. 3.3 Main components
3.3.1 The materials of the clamp and the clamp frame (if equipped with a clamp frame) shall comply with the provisions of 3.4.7.2 and 3.4.7.1a and c of JB/T7688.5 respectively. 3.3.2 The left and right halves of the clamp shall be symmetrical to the center line, and each hinge shall be able to rotate flexibly after assembly. 3.3.3 The chain used to open and close the clamp shall not be twisted or stuck. 3.3.4 The driver's cab of the crane shall be insulated, and a cooler or air conditioner shall be installed indoors. 3.3.5 If the slewing mechanism uses cable drums and collectors, it should meet the following requirements: the concentricity deviation of the slip rings in the cable drums and collectors should not exceed 1mm, and the slip rings should be firmly fixed; a.
The carbon brush and the slip ring should not shake when they rotate relative to each other. b.
3.3.6 If roller chains are used in the clamp device, it should meet the requirements of GB1243.1, and if ring chains are used, it should meet the requirements of GB4829. 3.4 Safety
3.4.1 The clamp slewing mechanism should be equipped with a limiter to limit the number of rotations so that the cable will not be tangled or broken. 3.4.2 It is strictly forbidden to hang heavy objects on the clamp to hit other objects. 3.4.3 The large and small car running mechanisms should not be frequently reversed. 3.5 Lubrication
The clamp device should use dispersed point lubrication, and the others should be in accordance with Article 3.11 of JB/T7688.1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 16, 1995 and implemented on July 1, 1996
4 Test

4.1 Visual inspection of crane In addition to the provisions of Article 4.1 of JB/T7688.1, the clamp system or device shall also be inspected 4.2 Qualification test
During the test, the load shall be gradually loaded to the rated lifting weight. Perform action tests and tests in all directions at standard voltage and rated speed of the motor. In addition to verifying the contents specified in Article 4.2 of JB/T7688.1, the contents specified in Table 1 shall also be verified: Table 1
