1 Subject Content and Scope of Application

This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and acceptance rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of hydraulic stations for mine hoists and mine hoisting winches (referred to as hydraulic stations). This standard applies to hydraulic stations for disc brakes and radial spring brakes for mine hoists and mine hoisting winches. 2 Reference standards

The basic parameters of the hydraulic station shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

4 Technical requirements
4.1 The product shall comply with the requirements specified in this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The product shall comply with the requirements of GB3766.
4.3 The solenoid valves, motors, electrical components, etc. used in the explosion-proof winch hydraulic station shall comply with the requirements of GB3836.1. 4.4 The standard valves used in the product shall comply with the requirements of GB7935. 4.5 After the special valves of the product are assembled, the sliding valve action shall be flexible, accurate and reliable. 21
4.6 The joint surfaces, plugs and oil collecting blocks of each valve are tested with 1.25 times the design pressure pmax and maintained for 5 minutes. No oil marks are visible. 4.7 The product has no less than 20 adjustable pressure levels in the residual pressure p to design pressure Pmax range. 4.8 When the product adopts an "electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device", the pressure regulating performance shall meet the following requirements. 4.8.1 When the product oil pressure is the design pressure Pmax, the control current shall not exceed the design specified value. 4.8.2 The residual pressure p of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 Table 2

4.14 The product should be equipped with overpressure and overtemperature protection devices. The oil temperature rise shall not exceed 34℃, and the maximum oil temperature shall not exceed 70℃. The location for measuring the oil temperature should be within a radius of 200mm from the center of the oil pump suction pipe. 4.15 The accuracy level of the pressure gauge used for the product shall not be lower than level 1.5, and a damper shall be installed at the pressure gauge. 4.16 The product shall specify the highest and lowest positions of the oil level and have obvious markings. The filtration accuracy of the oil filter shall not be greater than 20 μum. 4. 17
4.18 The cleanliness of the hydraulic station should not exceed 150mg when filtered with a 200 mesh sieve. 4.19 The oil must not be stirred during use and testing of the product. When refueling, there should be a refueling pump with an oil filter and placed on one side of the oil return pipe. The product oil is required to be replaced every six months.
The product should have independently operated working brakes and safety brakes. 4.21
To ensure safety and reliability, the operation of each valve should be interlocked. When hoisting in the shaft, the secondary brake should be able to be released near the wellhead. Complete set supply scope:

The service life of the product shall not be less than 20 years, and the first overhaul time shall not be less than 10 years. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Test methods: The product shall be tested according to the test methods approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 Factory inspection: Each product shall be inspected before leaving the factory in accordance with Articles 4.5.4.6, 4.7, 4.8.1~~4.8.5, 4.9~4.12 of this standard.
5.2.1 Check the requirements for the product in Articles 4.5 and 4.6 of this standard. 5.2.2 Check the voltage regulation performance of the product, which shall comply with the requirements of Articles 4.7, 4.8.1~4.8.5, and 4.9 of this standard. The control current 1 shall change evenly and be measured three times. The results are listed in Table 5 and the characteristic curve is drawn, as shown in Figure 3. Table 5

5.2.3Change the first-level brake oil pressure p and the action time t respectively, check the product's safety brake and second-level brake performance, which shall meet the requirements of Articles 4.10 and 4.11 of this standard.
5.2.4Check the single-rope winding double-spool mine hoist hydraulic station, which shall meet the requirements of Article 4.12 of this standard. 5.2.5Inspect the requirements of Article 4.18 of this standard. 5.3Type inspection: When the first batch of each product is manufactured, and when the structural modification will affect the technical performance of the product, in addition to meeting the factory test requirements, the product shall also be subject to type inspection in accordance with Articles 4.8.6 and 4.14 of this standard. 5.3.1Inspect the requirements of Article 4.8.6 of this standard for the product. 5.3.2 The product runs for 2 minutes at the design oil pressure pmax, 15 seconds at the residual pressure p., and continuously runs for 14 hours. Its temperature rise and maximum oil temperature shall meet the requirements of Article 4.14 of this standard.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each product shall be fixed with a label in a conspicuous position, and its contents shall include: a.
Product name,
Main technical parameters;
Product model,
Manufacturer name,
Factory number and date.
6.2 After the product is qualified, all exposed oil ports shall be sealed with plugs (paper, cotton yarn, wooden plugs and other debris are prohibited). 6.3 The exposed processed surface shall be coated with anti-rust grease. 6.4 The packaging shall be moisture-proof and must be strong and reliable. 6.5 The outer wall of the packaging box should have obvious text markings, as follows: a.
Address, name and destination station of the consignee; b.
Product name,
Manufacturer name, factory number and date; c.
Product net weight, gross weight, maximum dimensions and box number; d.
Storage and transportation precautions: "Prevent moisture", "Upward", "Handle with care" and other words and marks. 6.6 The accompanying documents shall be sealed in plastic bags and packed into the box, and the words "Document Here" shall be marked on the outside of the box. 6.7 The oil seal of the product shall be valid for one year from the date of shipment. 6.8 The product must be stored in an indoor warehouse or rain shelter. 4
