The previous version of this standard is GB/T5290-1985. The important technical contents of this standard and the previous version have changed as follows: 1) The standard writing format is in accordance with GB/T1.1--1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Drafting and Expression Rules of Standards Part 1
: Basic Provisions for Standard Writing"; 2) The standard name is changed to "Parameters of Electric Spark Forming Machines Part 1: Single-column Machine Tools (Cross Table Type and Fixed Table Type); the standard number is changed to GB/T5290.1;||t t||3) The scope of application of the standard has been expanded;
4) Two chapters, "reference standards" and "definition", have been added; 5) The type of machine tool has been added with a fixed worktable; the first main parameter, the table width, has been increased by two levels of 160 and 1250, and the second main parameter, the table length, has been increased by one level corresponding to the first main parameter 1:2; 6) Parameters such as X-axis travel, Y-axis travel, Z-axis servo travel, and the distance H from the electrode mounting plate to the table are expressed in a full-column form; 7) The parameters of "spindle head slide travel", "T-slot", "working fluid tank" and "tool electrode connection size" have been cancelled. "Parameters of EDM Forming Machine" is a series of standards, including the following two parts: Part 1: Single-column machine tools (cross worktable type and fixed worktable type); Part 2: Double-column machine tools (movable spindle head type and cross worktable type). This standard will replace GB/T5290--1985 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Special Processing Machine Tools. This standard was drafted by Suzhou Electro-Machining Machine Tool Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Fu Chusheng and Yu Zhisan. This standard was first issued in August 1985.
