This standard depth colour card is formulated with reference to the depth of DIN54000 "2/1 auxiliary standard colour card" recommended by the international standard ISO105/A1978 "Textiles - Part: General Principles", and adds four hues: golden yellow, red, turquoise blue and brilliant green. This set of colour cards is suitable for reference in dyeing fastness and dyeing performance test and for visual evaluation of the depth of dyeing samples. 1 Specifications and types
1.1 This standard depth colour card consists of 22 hues The composition is 2/1 depth. 1.2 This standard depth color card has two forms: the original preservation copy and the issued use copy. 1.2.1 The specifications of the original preservation copy are 5crm×5cm, which is archived and kept for copying. 1.2.2 The specifications of the issued use copy are 3.5cm×5cm for user use. 2 Materials for preparing color cards
2.1 Fabric: This standard depth color card uses SD2201 full wool gabardine mud. 2.2 Dyes: Sixteen commercial dyes are used under this standard depth color card [see Appendix A (Supplement) for details]. Net quality indicators
3.1 Appearance requirements: The surface of this standard depth color card must be uniform, free of color spots, stains, weaving defects and obvious stickiness. There should be no traces of seepage of the mixture, and the thickness of the fabric should also be uniform.
3.2 The original preservation copy should be tested with a spectrophotometer as specified in GB3979-83 "Methods for measuring object color". The lighting and observation conditions are 0/d, the wavelength interval is 10nm, and the fabric texture on the surface of the color card is at an angle of 60° to the × axis of the measurement during the test. The test results are shown in Appendix B (Supplement), which is the value of the standard lighting body D3~10° field of view. 4 Usage
When using this standard depth color, visually measure the dyed sample with the color card with the closest hue in this standard depth color card according to the method specified in GB250--84 "Inlaid color sample card for evaluating color change". The depth allowable error is not less than At level 4. 6 Preservation
This standard depth color chart should be stored away from heat, light, moisture and water. The original copy should be kept in a special wooden box lined with black paper and kept by the unit designated by the Ministry of Chemical Industry. 6 Distribution
