GB 18096--2000
This standard is formulated on the basis of MT62-1997 "Test Method and Judgment Rules for Safety of Underground Combustible Gases for Permissible Electric Detonators in Coal Mines" and in accordance with the requirements of GB/T1 series standards.
This standard is proposed by the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. This standard is under the jurisdiction of China Ordnance Industry Standardization Research Institute. The drafting units of this standard are: Huaibei Explosives Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Coal Industry, Changsha Quality Supervision and Inspection Station of National Civilian Explosives Products, National Coal Mine Explosion-proof Safety Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, National Civilian Explosives Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and China Ordnance Industry Standardization Research Institute. bzxz.net

Test method of safety of permissible electric-detonator in inflammable gas in coal mines Test method of safety of permissible electric-detonator in inflammable gas GB18096-2000
This standard specifies the materials, instruments, devices, test conditions, test steps and test result presentation for the test of the safety of permissible electric-detonator in inflammable gas in coal mines.
This standard is applicable to the test of the safety of permissible electric-detonator in inflammable gas in coal mines. 2 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
2.1 Permissible electric-detonator in coal mines Electric detonators allowed to be used underground in coal mines where there is a risk of explosion of inflammable gas or coal dust. 2.2 Inflammable gas; combustible gas is a gas that can burn or explode after mixing with air. 2.3 Safety safety
The safety level of electric detonators used in coal mines where there is a risk of explosion of combustible gas or coal dust. 3 Method summary
Place the tested electric detonator in a specific device filled with a combustible gas-air mixture and detonate it to observe whether it causes an explosion of the mixed gas. In a set of tests, the explosion frequency of the mixed gas is used to represent the combustible gas safety of the electric detonator. 4 Materials
Test gas: The volume fraction of methane should not be less than 90.0%, and the sum of the volume fractions of other combustible gases should not be greater than 1.0%. 5 Instruments and devices
5.1 Thermometer: The graduation value should not be greater than 1°C. 5.2 Methane detector: The graduation value should not be greater than 0.02%. 5.3 Hygrometer: The graduation value should not be greater than 5%. 5.4 Test device: As shown in Figure 1, the explosion box is a round barrel made of rolled steel plate with an inner diameter of 580mm ± 20mm and a length of 1200mm. One end is closed with a steel plate and the other end is open. The side wall is connected to a gas circulation mixing system, etc. Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on May 9, 2000 and implemented on July 1, 2000
6 Test conditions
GB 18096-2000
1-Explosion box 2-Temperature detection port; 3-Methane detection port; 4-Detonator bracket; 5-Port end; 6-Explosion-proof fan 7-Valve Figure 1 Schematic diagram of the test device
The volume fraction of methane in the mixed gas in the explosion box should be 9.0%±0.3%, the temperature should be 5C~35℃, and the relative humidity should not be greater than 80%.
7 Test steps
7.1 Check and debug the test device
7.2 Place the electric detonator under test horizontally at the center of the detonator bracket in the explosion box, with the bottom of the electric detonator facing the loose end. 7.3 Use kraft paper or plastic film to seal the loose end of the explosion box. 7.4
Start the circulating mixing system.
7.5 Fill and discharge the test gas into the explosion box.
7.6 When the gas in the explosion box is evenly mixed and the methane content reaches the volume fraction specified in the test conditions, close the circulating mixing system. 7.7 Detonate the electric detonator under test and observe the detonation of the mixed gas after the electric detonator explodes. 7.8 Clear the gun smoke and restore the test device to the initial state. Expression of test results
The test results are expressed in detonation frequency, which is calculated as follows: A=B/C
Where: A-detonation frequency;
B-detonation number of each group of samples;
C——the total number of each group of samples.
