This standard specifies the test equipment, sample preparation, test steps and test results for the extruded oversheath abrasion test. This standard is applicable to testing the abrasion resistance of plastic oversheaths of cables with an outer diameter of 30mm or more. The general provisions, definitions and regular calibration of test equipment for the mechanical and physical properties of electric cables and wires are specified in GB/T2951.28-94. The scraping test device is shown in Figure 1. The radius of curvature of the angle iron scraper should be no less than 1mm and no more than mm, and the scraper head travel should be no less than f600mm. The scraping speed is 15-30cm/s. Figure 1 Scraping test device

4 Sample preparation
Take a sample of appropriate length from the cable.
5 Test steps

5.1 Bend the sample according to the method and soft number specified in GB/T2951.23. 5.2 Straighten the sample after the bending test and fix it on the table of the scraper with the bending surface in a horizontal state. The angle iron scraper head of the scraper should be in contact with the surface of the sample. Maintain vertical contact. Apply vertical force at the contact point according to Table 1. Table 1

5.3 The scraping test shall be carried out at a temperature of 20±5℃. Each sample shall be scraped 25 times, with one return stroke as one time. 5.4 When there is a requirement for electrical insulation performance of the plastic jacket, the following withstand voltage test shall be carried out after scraping: Put the electrical The scraped part of the cable sample is immersed in an aqueous solution containing 0.5% by weight of sodium nitride and about 0.1% by weight of non-ionized surfactant at room temperature. After at least 24 hours, a 20kV DC voltage is applied between the metal sheath and the salt solution with the metal sheath as the negative electrode. The test time is 1 minute. 5.5 The plastic sheath with the scraped surface cut off is inspected with the naked eye. 6 Test results
The conditions for passing the test are
6.1 No breakdown in the voltage test (when there is a requirement for electrical insulation performance). 6.2 There are no obvious visible cracks or cracks on the inner and outer surfaces of the plastic sheath. Additional remarks:
