3.1 Technical requirements
3.1. 1 The material of the contact is pure and marked as T2-Y. 3.1.2 The chemical composition of the contact material shall comply with the provisions of YB145. 3.1.3 The hardness of the contact surface shall not be less than HB60. 3.1.4 The contact surface shall be silver-plated.
3.1.5 The shape and size of the contact shall be as shown in Figures 1 to 4. The limit deviations of dimensions without tolerances shall be in accordance with GB1804. The length shall be JS (or jg) 14 grade and the hole shall be H14 grade.
3.2 Contact categories
3.2.1 Contacts are divided into butt-jointed contacts and sliding finger contacts: butt-jointed contacts are used for single-breakpoint rotary contact systems, and sliding finger contacts are used for stationary contacts in sliding drum contact systems. 3.2.2 The specifications and series dimensions of butt-jointed contacts and sliding finger contacts are shown in the table. 4.1 The appearance quality, electroplating layer, geometric dimensions, surface roughness and chemical composition of the contact material, etc., of the contact shall be proposed by the design department of the manufacturer; if the user needs to conduct random inspection, it shall be indicated in the order contract. 4.2 During the trial production of contacts, they must be inspected one by one according to the items listed in Article 4.1 and the specific requirements put forward by the design department; among them, the electrical inlay, surface quality, and chemical composition of the contact material shall be sampled and inspected according to the special inspection level S-2 of the sample size code table specified in GB2828 and the normal inspection one-time sampling plan (AQL.=1.0), and each item of the inspected contacts shall be qualified. 4.3 For contacts that are regularly mass-produced, they shall be sampled and inspected once every three years according to the general inspection level I of the sample size code table specified in GB2828 and the normal inspection one-time sampling plan (AQL=1.0) according to the items listed in Article 4.1 and the specific requirements put forward by the design department. 4.4 Each batch of contacts shall be inspected one by one for their appearance quality, electroplating quality, and geometric dimensions.
