JB/T 10236—2001 This standard specifies the vibration (velocity) technical conditions for finished tapered roller bearings with nominal inner diameters of 15 to 60 mm and 3020, 32200, 30300 and 32300 series in GB/T 297 "Rolling bearings, tapered roller bearings, dimensions". The vibration (velocity) group V specified in this standard is the basic requirement for grade 0 bearings and is applicable to production inspections by bearing manufacturers; groups V1, V2 and V3 are applicable to bearings for which users require control of vibration (velocity) levels and are provided for inspection by manufacturers and acceptance by users. The drafting units of this standard are: Hangzhou Bearing Test and Research Center, Hangzhou Zhaofeng Bearing Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Kang Naizheng, Xie Ming, Shen Yuntong, Chen Fanghua. 1 Specifications of vibration (velocity) for tapered roller bearings JB/T 10236-2001 This standard specifies the vibration (velocity) specifications for finished tapered roller bearings with dimensions in accordance with the 30200, 32200, 30300 and 32300 series in GB/T297 and a nominal inner diameter of 15 to 60 mm. The vibration (velocity) group V specified in this standard is the basic requirement for grade 0 bearings and is applicable to production inspections of bearing manufacturers. The V1, V2 and V3 groups are applicable to bearings that require control of vibration (velocity) levels by users and are provided for inspection by manufacturers and acceptance by users. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. The vibration (speed) value measured by a single bearing shall not exceed the provisions of Table 1. 5 Measurement method
The vibration (speed) measurement method of tapered roller bearings shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5313. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 When the vibration (speed) value of any frequency band of a single bearing is greater than the corresponding level specified in Table 1, the bearing is a defective product. 6.2 When sampling and inspecting the vibration (speed) of a batch of bearings, according to GB/T2828, use the general inspection level II, adopt the normal inspection one-time sampling plan, and the qualified quality level AQL value is 2.5.
