The moisture content of grasses of non-Gramineae species south of the Yangtze River may be slightly higher than this standard, but not higher than 14%. Non-quarantine pests and diseases shall be restricted by provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions according to specific circumstances. The germination rate of Gramineae species shall be based on the measured germination rate after low temperature or variable temperature treatment. Seeds below grade A.3
shall not be purchased or sold, and shall not be used as seeds. The inspection of various indicators shall be carried out in accordance with GB2930--82 "Grass Seed Inspection Procedure". Additional notes:
