The standard is applicable to long-arm masks (hereinafter referred to as masks) used in production workplaces to protect against inhalation of harmful gases, vapors, dust, smoke, mist (hereinafter referred to as harmful pollutants) and to compensate for the hazards of hypoxia. 2 Definition of terms
2.1 Long tube mask
Long tube mask is a personal protective equipment that isolates the wearer's respirator from the surrounding atmosphere and uses lung force or mechanical force to introduce clean air for breathing through the airway.
2.2 Hypoxic environment

Air tightness and resistance of the air valve of the close-fitting mask The exhalation valve should be equipped with a protective device, with good air tightness and a closed state when the internal and external pressures are balanced. 4.4 Air supply valve performance

4.6 Flow regulator

4.7.1 According to the test in Chapter 7 of GB6221--86, the air volume at the fan outlet should be greater than 100L/min, and the air pressure should be greater than 1274Fa (130mmz0).
4.8 Filter
Can remove dust, oil mist, steam, etc. in compressed air to make the concentration lower than the value specified in T136--79 "Industrial Enterprise Design Hygiene Standard".
4.9 Fixing belt
Can firmly guide the hose or medium-pressure hose behind or to the side of the operator without affecting the operation. It should be firm and adjustable, and the joints and the connection parts with the long tube should be able to withstand a pulling force of 686.0N (70.0kNf). 4.10 The air inlet of the self-priming mask
should be equipped with a low-resistance filter device to prevent foreign matter from entering. 4.11 Air source

6.1 Inspection
6.1.1 The manufacturer is responsible for the quality of the product. The product shall be inspected and qualified in accordance with the provisions of this standard before leaving the factory, and an instruction section shall be attached. 6.1.2 Long-tube masks should be inspected and certified by authorized technical units according to this standard before they can be produced and sold.
