4 applicable areas of various standards|| tt||Day
Night||tt| |room
4.10 standard applies to health care areas, high-end villa areas, Hotel areas and other areas that particularly need quiet. This category of areas located in suburban areas and rural areas are subject to 5dB stricter standards than Category 0. Category 4.21 standards are applicable to areas dominated by residences and cultural and educational institutions. The rural living environment can refer to the implementation of such standards. Category 4.32 standards are applicable to mixed residential, commercial and industrial areas. Category 4.43 standards apply to industrial areas.
Class 4.54 standards are applicable to areas on both sides of urban road traffic trunk roads and on both sides of inland waterways passing through urban areas. The background noise (referring to the noise level when no trains are passing through) limits on both sides of the main and secondary railway lines that pass through urban areas also comply with this type of standard. 5 Sudden noise at night
The maximum value of sudden noise at night shall not exceed the standard value of 15dB. National Environmental Protection Administration approved on 1993-09-07 the implementation of 1994-03-01
Delimitation of areas and time
GB3096-93
6.1 various standards The applicable area is demarcated by the local people's government. 6.2 The daytime and nighttime hours of this standard are determined by the local people's government according to local habits and seasonal changes. The monitoring method
is implemented in accordance with BG/T14623.
