①For castings with a maximum outer dimension greater than 100mm, when the diameter of a single hole on the machined surface is ≤1.5mm and the diameter of a single hole on the unmachined surface is ≤2mm, the spacing is allowed to be 5mm.
②On the unmachined and machined surfaces of castings, single holes with diameters not greater than 0.5mm and 0.3mm respectively and depths not greater than 0.3mm are not treated as defects.
③Concentrated defects refer to surface looseness, scars, and holes with a diameter less than 0.5mm (less than 0.3mm on the surface after machining) 4.6.4 On the surface to be machined of the casting, it is allowed to have a concave casting defect that does not exceed the machining allowance. It is also allowed to have a convex defect with a height of no more than 1mm.
4.6.5 On the non-machined surface of the casting, it is allowed to have a concave defect with a depth of no more than 1mm and a convex defect with a height of no more than 1mm.
