3 Types, basic parameters and dimensions
3.1 The steel glass 60° elbow (Type A) connected by a slip-on flange is as specified in Figure 1 and Table 1.

4.2The steel pipe in type A elbow is manufactured and accepted according to the requirements of YB231. 4.3 Manufacturing tolerance and allowable deviation
4.3.1 For type B and type C elbows, the materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB9439. 4.3.2 The allowable deviation of the center circle diameter of the bolt hole on the flange of type C elbow and the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes is ±0.6mm, and the allowable deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes is ±1mm
4.3.3 The tolerance grade of the un-toleranced dimensions of the machined surface shall comply with the IT14 grade specified in GB1804, and the tolerance grade of the un-toleranced dimensions of the non-machined surface shall comply with the IT16 grade.
4.3.4 The allowable deviation of the length L of the elbow shall comply with the provisions of Table 4, DN

4.4 Type A and type B elbows The clean flange of the head shall be selected according to HG/T2105. 4.5 Explosive bolts for flange connection: When PN is greater than 0.6MPa and less than or equal to 1.0MPa, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB5782: when PN is less than or equal to 0.6MPa, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB5780, nuts shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6170, and gaskets shall be selected according to relevant standards. 4.6 Water pressure test pressure and maximum working pressure at different temperatures shall be selected according to Table 5. 51 The product shall be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.2 No collision shall be allowed during movement and transportation.
