3Product classification
3.1 Variety specifications
Specialization of dense shaped refractory products Sample preparation regulations for testing refractory products Stacking, sampling, acceptance, storage and transportation rules for refractory products Dimensions of refractory products. Inspection methods for external gauges and cross-sections Test methods for refractory products for electrical insulation Thermal stability of shaped heat-insulating refractory products Products are divided into RLG-1.0, RLG-0.8, RLG-0.6 and RLG0.4 varieties according to density. 3.2 The shape and size of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB2992. Products not currently specified can be manufactured according to the required drawings. 3.3 The model of the product shall be compiled according to the following provisions, and the density shall be the main parameter in the model. The thermal conductivity and thermal stability of the products shall be measured, and the results shall be indicated in the product certificate, but shall not be used as a delivery acceptance condition. 4.2

4.6 The product should not have cavities with a hole diameter greater than 10mm. 5 Test method
5.1 The sampling of products shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB10325. For each batch of products, 10 pieces shall be taken for physical and chemical inspection, and 10 pieces shall be taken for appearance inspection. 5.2 The cutting of product samples shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB7321. 5.3 Chemical analysis shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6900.1~6900.3. 5.4 Density inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB2998. 5.5 The inspection of load softening temperature shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB5889, but the load shall be changed from 0.2MPa to 0.1MPa. After each sampling, the sample density must be retested and the test record must be filled in.
5.6 The inspection of reburning line change shall be in accordance with GB 3997.1. 5.7 The inspection of thermal shock stability shall be in accordance with JB/T3648.1. The inspection of room temperature compressive strength shall be in accordance with GB3997.2. 5. 8
5.9 The determination of thermal conductivity shall be in accordance with GB5990. 5.10 The inspection of the appearance, size and section of the product shall be in accordance with GB10326. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The inspection rules of products shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB3995 (LG to RLG). Each batch of products (including small batches) shall be accompanied by a product certificate when it is shipped. 6. 2

6.1 The inspection rules of products shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB3995 (LG to RLG). Each batch of products (including small batches) shall be accompanied by a product certificate when it is shipped. 6. 2
