This standard aims at the characteristics of various harmful factors, finds out the occurrence, diffusion, dilution, attenuation, and degradation characteristics of harmful factors, and then determines the allowable emission intensity of industrial enterprises based on the best practical technical principles, that is, the governance measures and maintenance management measures that can be achieved according to my country's current economic level. Existing internal combustion engine plant can refer to it for implementation.
