3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions applies to this document.
3.1

Plants, animals, microorganisms and their products obtained for human consumption during agricultural activities.
Note 1: "Agricultural activities" include not only traditional agricultural activities such as planting, breeding, picking, and fishing, but also modern agricultural activities such as facility agriculture and bioengineering.
Note 2: "Plants, animals, microorganisms and their products" refer to those directly obtained in agricultural activities, as well as those that have been sorted, peeled, shelled, crushed, washed, cut, frozen, waxed, Products that have undergone grading, packaging and other processing without changing their basic natural properties and chemical properties.
