This standard refers to the international standard ISO1795-1974 "Sampling of raw rubber in packages".
1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the method for users to take samples from packages of natural raw rubber-standard rubber. This standard is mainly used for acceptance of goods and is not applicable to production quality control. 2 Definitions
This standard uses the following definitions
2.1 Whole batch: refers to all rubber packages with the same batch number and the same grade. 2.2 Large sample: refers to a group of rubber packages that can represent the whole batch of rubber. 2.3 Small sample: refers to a rubber sample taken from a package of the large sample rubber package. 2.4 Sample: refers to the rubber that is mixed evenly with a small sample and a part of it is taken out for inspection. 3 Sampling method
3.1 Sampling method for large sample rubber bales
The number of large sample rubber bales randomly selected from the total number of rubber bales in the batch shall be carried out according to the following table. Total number of rubber bales in the batchWww.bzxZ.net

3.2 Sampling method for small samples

Number of large sample rubber bales selected
Each selected large sample rubber bale shall be removed from the outer covering film, plastic packaging material, coating material or other materials on the surface of the rubber bale, and placed flat on a clean platform. Use a dry and clean knife to cut the entire rubber bale, and no lubricant is used during cutting. For block rubber pressed from granular rubber, the cutting direction shall be perpendicular to the largest surface of the rubber bale. For sheet rubber or other types of rubber, the cutting direction shall be perpendicular to the surface of the film. Continuously cut 150~600g of rubber as small samples.
3.3 Sampling method of samples
All small samples obtained shall be mixed evenly according to the conditions, equipment and methods specified in GB8084-87 "Preparation of natural rubber samples", and 600-1000g shall be taken as samples for double inspection, and the mass value shall be calculated by the average value. 4 Sampling report
The sampling report shall include the following items:
4.1 The number and grade of the whole batch of rubber packages. Approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of the People's Republic of China on July 10, 1987
