This standard specifies the type code, basic parameters and models of industrial weighing type filling machines (hereinafter referred to as filling machines). This standard applies to filling machines for quantitative packaging of bulk materials in industrial sectors such as petrochemicals, chemical building materials, grain, and transportation. 2 Types and codes
Filling machines consist of one or more feeding devices, one or more weighing devices, filling devices and supporting devices. It is a machine that can fill industrial bulk materials into packaging containers according to a predetermined weight. 2.1 Filling machines are divided into the following types according to their structural types:
Bulk bag filling machine C: Filling machine with bulk bags as packaging containers; a.
Bulk bag filling machine J: Filling machine with bulk bags as packaging containers; b.
Socket filling machine K: Filling machine with valve-type or socket-type packaging bags as packaging containers; c.
d. Special filling machine Z: Special filling machine used for special occasions or when the packaging container is not a bag. 2.2 Filling machines are classified by weighing type:
Electronic weighing D: uses electronic weighing sensor and electronic weighing instrument for weighing: a.
Mechanical weighing J: uses mechanical lever scale for weighing: b.
Electromechanical weighing A: uses mechanical lever system and mechanical electronic or electronic measuring system for weighing. 2.3 Filling machines are classified by feeding type:
Gravity feeding Z;
Vibration feeding H;
Spiral feeding L;
Conveyor belt feeding S;
Pneumatic feeding Q;
Combined feeding W.
