Summary:
JB/T 50159-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 009-87 "Energy Consumption Classification of Compressed Air Stations". This standard specifies the energy consumption levels of compressed air stations using reciprocating piston air compressors in mechanical industrial enterprises. Compressed air stations are classified into special, first, second and third grades according to the nominal exhaust volume of the first line in cubic meters and the average unit power consumption during the statistical period. Those that do not meet the third grade indicators are classified as out-of-grade. This standard was first issued in 1987. This standard specifies the energy consumption level of compressed air stations for reciprocating plug-type air compressors used in micro-machinery enterprises. 2 Energy Consumption Classification
The compressed air station controls the nominal exhaust volume of each cubic meter and the average power consumption per unit during the statistical period is divided into special grade, first grade, second grade, blue grade, etc., which are not listed in the third grade indicators.
The power consumption of compressed air station is classified into different indicators in Table 1. Table
